The game room will be open during all 3 lunches today. The price to get in is either a "Golden Ticket" which will get you and a friend into the game room, or 3 blue tickets for one person, or 5 blue tickets for 2 people to enter. Bring your lunch up to the game room and eat it there.

Attention all students interested in trying out for basketball:
Varsity girls’ tryouts will begin next Friday, December 13th after school.
6th and 7th grade boys’ tryouts will begin on Monday, December 16th at 7 am.
Varsity boys’ tryouts will begin on Thursday, December 19th after school.
6th and 7th grade girls’ tryouts will begin on Wednesday, December 18th at 7:15 am.

Don't miss out on the next fun filled Saturday Academy this Saturday the 7th from 8am-noon. Make sure to get your permission slips turned in to the front office no later than Thursday to secure your spot!

Great News 7th Graders!! We have 20 spots still open for our trip to Medieval Times! Come enjoy a day of adventure in a medieval court! Show Ms. Diniz in G-5 your Ren card to receive your permission slip!

Room H-10 is open for tutoring every morning, Monday through Friday. Come and get help with your homework or just have your work checked for accuracy.

If you are an 8th grader going on the East Coast trip, if you want the information regarding doing an at-home sponsorship call-a-thon, go see Ms. Mankins today!

If you are an 8th grader who is NOT signed up for the east coast trip next June, see your history teacher: Mrs. Abney or Ms. Mankins for information.

CLUBS:
Chess Club -- Come learn to play the game of Kings. Chess Club meets Tuesdays in room H5 starting at 8:15. All levels are welcome - we will teach those who don't know how to play.

Christian Club – meets on Tuesday after school in room K-1 3:45 – 4:30

Science Olympiad – meets every Tuesday after school from 3:45-4:30pm in Ms. Baldwin’s room G-3. Please arrange for a parent to pick you up from school at 4:30 after our meeting.

Academic Pentathlon – meets Wednesday mornings at 8:00. 6th grade meet in Ms. Baldwin’s room G-3, 7th/8th grade meet in Mr. Hayes’ room, H-3. See you there!
