After announcements today, all 6th graders need to head to the gym for a quick assembly. They do NOT need to bring anything with them.

Attention all students, boys and girls, interested in intramural volleyball. Intramural volleyball will start on Wednesday, May 1st at 7am in the gym. Please come dressed in athletic apparel, ready to play. Please see Mrs. Miller in room I-5 if you have any questions.

Help raise funds for QVMS students by eating at chipotle on April 8th from 4-8pm! Flyers were sent out last week, if you need another one - pick one up in the main office! Hope to see you all there!

All Track students--Please pay attention.
If you are staying afterschool for track practice, you are to go directly afterschool to get changed & go to the field for practice. Please do not hang around in the quad to take selfies or walk your friends out to the bus area. Go directly to the locker rooms & get changed for practice.
Names of students showing up late for practice will be given to Mr. McKenzie to determine if you will be participating in track meet events.

Are you an 8th grader interested in joining the Dance Team at Serrano?~ Auditions begin as soon as we return from Spring Break- Pick up an audition packet from the (ASB?) office today!

Room H-10 will be opened for tutoring, mornings at 8:25, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for all students.

The big Blue Recycling containers around campus are NOT trashcans. Please do not put food or trash in them. They are for water bottles or aluminum cans only (no paper trash). The money that is collected from recycling goes directly back to students to sponsor events such as field trips. Please respect the blue bins.

Did you run out of paper? Forget your pencil at home? Never fear, the Student Store is here! Come down to the ASB office to purchase basic school supplies for only $0.25 or $0.50 each.

Academic Pentathlon – will be meeting every Friday at 7:45 am in Mr. Hayes’ room, H-3. Pentathlon: Last day to purchase shirts is this Wednesday!
Chess Club -- meets every Tuesday morning from 8:15-8:55 am in room H5.
Christian Club – meets every Tuesday after school from 3:45 – 4:30 in room E-2 Cancelled this week
Drawing Club – meets Wednesdays after school from 3:45 – 4:30 in room H-7. Cancelled this week
Knitting Club – Knitting Club’s last meeting will be this Wednesday at 8 am
