The girls’ soccer team won their playoff game against Lakeview yesterday, 3-0. Cristal Magana scored 2 goals and Jaylen Diaz a goal. Ryann Munoz, Elizabeth Hernandez, Caitlin Anderson, Valerie Guzman and Kaylee Davis worked together as a defense for their second straight shutout. The girls play Cedar in the semi-finals on Saturday at Hesperia Jr. High. Good luck ladies!
Last night your quail valley varsity boys’ soccer team once again set the bar by eliminating cedar with a score of 3-1!!~
Quail valley not only earned the higher seed for the playoffs, but they dominated one of our rivals.~
Mr. consistency himself Isaiah Flores put in our first goal against the wind to shake up Cedar's defense.~
While our defense with Sergio Ruelas, captains Anthony Potter and Jaden Espinoza and Adrian Perez held Cedar to a shut out until the final minute of the game. Brandon Quezada had an almost perfect game in goal and Jimmy Castillo and Nathan Munoz both put away goals up top.~
Aaron Pratt had a great game on the outside and Captain Anderson Lemus had two assists last night and played a flawless left wing.~
Travis Hernandez continued his superior play in the middle orchestrating plays and opportunities the whole time.~
Trevor Mello took some time up top as well.~
